My yoga journey began in 2012, evolving into a deep study and practice. Certified as an RYT 200 and registered with Yoga Alliance since 2014, I specialize in Hatha yoga, focusing on Yin, Restorative, Surya & Chandra Namaskâr, delving into Charkas and Ayurveda. My yoga is gentle and nurturing. I utilize props—blankets, blocks, and bolsters—to enhance and support the benefits of each pose for your body's well-being.
Opening a yoga studio in Cayucos has been a long-held dream of mine. There was need in the community for a safe and loving space, where all are welcome and kindness matters.
I've dedicated over a decade to guiding myself and others through yoga. This journey has taught me the importance of honoring time's rhythm and allowing the universe to guide us all together.
“My love for our town & community infuses this sacred space. The vision is for all who step into Cayucos Yoga will find the same sense of belonging, love and community.”

Hatha, Vinyasa Flow
Hello!
I am a 200hr RYT and have been guiding classes for a few years now. I first found my way to yoga on a whim after suffering some medical issues due to high cortisol, stress, and anxiety. Being a fairly active person, I wanted to give it a try after hearing good things, not knowing at the time how life changing it would become! The breathing techniques, meditation and physical practice of yoga gave me an outlet to cope and feel strong again in both my mind and body. From there I realized my love for teaching and wanted to share the gift of yoga with others.
I have been on maternity leave with my sweet daughter but am excited to get back on the mat and rejoin my beloved yogis in practice. My teaching style is vinyasa flow with elements of deep stretching, breath work, and meditation.
Looking forward to meeting you!

Hatha, Aerial Yoga,
Vinyasa, Gentle & Yoga Flow
I found yoga during the pandemic as a way to workout from home. As yoga studios opened up, I wanted to experience the community setting that yoga studios create. I noticed in every class whether it was gentle, or vinyasa that there was more to yoga than just exercise. Yoga brought more unity between my body, breath, and mind. I also noticed that yoga brought more peace to my mind, and after every class I felt like I was able to begin again. Throughout my journey trying different yoga classes I found myself gravitating a lot to Aerial Yoga. I was able to use the silks as props to either deepen a pose or make a pose more accessible. I also found that the silks helped be build strength in my upper body. Being that I am hyper mobile in my arms, I found building strength hard or simply not fun. However, with Aerial yoga I was able to build more strength in a way that excited me. As a way to dig deeper into my yoga practice, I decided to do an Aerial Yoga and Yoga Teacher Training in 2023. I completed my Aerial Yoga Certification in summer 2023. In January 2024, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Center Studio in San Luis Obispo.
My teaching style is typically a Vinyasa Flow with connections to the five elements, or to our subtle bodies. At the end of the day, I strives for everyone to be welcomed, to be free, and to have fun.

Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Heated Yoga Flow & Gentle Yoga, Book Club (Every 1st Tuesday of the Month)
I was originally drawn to the more physical aspects of yoga but I found myself looking for something deeper from my yoga practice, which inspired me to become a 200 hour RYT in January of 2024. I have long felt my purpose in life is fulfilled by serving and teaching others. As a teacher, I hope to share with my students that yoga is more than a physical practice, and create a space that honors balance, individuality, and growth on and off the mat. In my classes, you will find an integration of mindfulness and philosophy with flow. I am so excited to be a part of this beautiful community and to flow with all of you!

Silvia is an Expressive Arts therapist that uses art, writing and movement to facilitate people diving deep into their own selves. Her background in this field, plus her life long experience with dance and the practice of Tai Chi, has given her tremendous body awareness and an embodied experience of the mind–body unity, which she helps facilitate in her yoga and movement classes. In 2015 she formally became a Yoga Teacher after completing her 200h Yoga Teacher Training in Mount Madonna Center. Her passion is to facilitate movement classes where people breathe with deep awareness, stretch their bodies and leave the class feeling renewed in mind and body.

Hatha, Vinyasa, Heated & Gentle Yoga, Guided Meditation, Pranayama
Yoga began to transform my life for the better nearly 8 years ago. Since then, it has remained a beloved part of my daily routine.
In 2019, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance RYT Training in Rishikesh, India at Pyramid Yogshala.
In 2021 I completed my 200 hour Usui Reiki Master Training, the energy healing of which I often weave into my classes.
My teaching style accommodates and welcomes all, while integrating Pranayama(breathwork), meditation, and stretching. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, I offer multiple variations of the asanas in every class in order to suit your current preference, and I always encourage listening to your body and what it is asking for in the present moment.
Namaste,
Sarah

Yin, Reiki, Gentle & Restorative Yoga
Yoga found me in 2000, picked me up, lifted me out of the mud like a lotus. It provided me safe space to reconnect with myself spiritually to facilitate holistic healing and personal growth. I have been guiding others in yoga practices since 2016 and teach many different styles. My greatest passion is to guide students to tune into their bodies and hearts, feel connected, safe and supported. Those who have experienced my teaching style describe me as nurturing and skilled at creating a warm, therapeutic atmosphere in my classes, where everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. My teaching method is based in loving mindfulness, somatic awareness (meeting yourself where you are; I encourage modifications as needed), and showing up with our spiritual whole-body, connected presence. I guide students to develop their strength, flexibility, mobility and balance in their practice and in life. My specialties are in destressing, deep relaxation for self-healing, vagal nervous system restoration techniques and yoga therapy for trauma and grief. I’m a CIAYT Yoga Therapist, E-500RYT & YACEP with Yoga Alliance. I am grateful for my clients and students who have trusted me to be their guide. I love creating and growing community while sharing the benefits through yoga practices.
